1. Withdrawals of winnings from welcome bonuses given without deposit are limited to: €50 / C$75 / A$75 / NZ$ 80 / 200 zł / R$250 / 500 NOK.

1.1. Maximum possible withdrawal amount from the no deposit bonus: €100 / C$150 / A$150 / NZ$ 160 / 400 zł / R$500 / 1000 NOK.

1.2. Maximum possible withdrawal amount from no deposit bonuses received in the Bonus Shop: x5 of the amount of bonus or funds received from free spins (depends on the status of the account).

1.3. The maximum allowed amount for withdrawal that has been won from casino bonus free spins is €100. If the withdrawal amount exceeds the allowed amount, the player will receive €100 and the rest will be charged to players in accordance with the bonus policy.

1.4. All winnings from any bonus are limited to 5 times the bonus amount. This applies both to the maximum amount that can be converted into real money and the maximum cashout. Any excess funds will be voided before withdrawal.

1.5. After meeting the requirements for wagering and converting bonus funds into real money, the user must first withdraw the converted funds before making a new deposit and continuing to play. If this requirement is not met, all subsequent winnings will be annulled, except for an amount equal to x5 of the initial deposit bonus or deposit-free spins; or up to the maximum allowed withdrawal amount set by the rules for no-deposit bonuses or no-deposit free spins.

2. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, current account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)

3. The maximum bonus bet amount is: €5 / C$5 / 50 kr / 20 zł / R$30.

4. You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.

5. You need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before any proceeds from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6. The bonus is valid for 10 days after activation, unless otherwise specified, after which both the bonus money and its derivatives will be removed from the player's balance.

7. The client may request a withdrawal before meeting bonus wagering requirements. In this case, both the bonus money and its derivatives will be removed from the player's balance and the remaining funds will be available for withdrawal.

8. When using an activated bonus, your withdrawable money should be used first and then your bonus money.

9. Any bonus can be canceled before the wagering requirements are met.

10. Players can only have one active bonus, at any one time. Our deposit bonuses are not cumulative.

11. The client has the right to refuse accepting any bonuses from the casino.

12. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

In case of violation of this rule, the administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings.

13. The casino has the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all money from the account if they were received in an unfair way or in violation of the rules.
